The Cuisine & Ocean raw American lobster comes from the clear waters of Prince Edward Island. Blanched using a technique created in partnership with the local fisherman’s association, it preserves all its original qualities. Its flesh is raw, soft, tasty and perfect for preparing gourmet recipes. Note: its new environmentally friendly packaging, derived 100% from recycled materials, ensuring a 20% reduction in the carbon footprint linked to its transport.
Origin
Canada. Since it comes from the cold waters of North America and in line with regulations, our lobster is called ‘American lobster’.
