The spiny lobster is the biggest and most plentiful in the Caribbean. It lives on the reefs of the Western Atlantic Ocean, at a depth of 6 to 20 meters, in waters around 20°C. In the Bahamas, the spiny lobsters are fished traditionally in traps from the beginning of August until end of March.
Origin

Selective Fishing
In the Bahamas, our spiny lobsters are fished traditionally using traps, from the beginning of August until end of March. The use of selective traps guarantees the respect of the environment and the species.
